FUN FACT FRIDAY ~ “The Frontier Avenger #2 - Troubled Return”.

Updated: Feb 7, 2021

Good Morning and welcome back to another Fun Fact Friday!

First of all, here is a little sneak peak and tid-bit of information for you guys. There were a few loose ends in “The Frontier Avenger #1 - In an Evil Time”. These were:

1. Who was behind the operation, that alternately caused Wayne Leland's parents to be killed?

2. Now that Big C has been caught, what will the Frontier Avenger do?

3. Will Wayne ever pick back up his pistol and go avenging the Wild West once again? If so, what could be so compelling to turn him back into the ways of a bounty hunter?

4. What will happen between MaryLynn Leland and Nick Payne?

5. Will Wayne and MaryLynn stay in Marlow Springs?

6. Will the evil mayor of Stagecoach, continue to rule while others suffer?

I realize there are other loose ends but these were a few of the most prominent ones. I can't say much, however I will state that we tried to tie up different loose ends as we developed new characters and some fun twists in book #2!

If you haven't read the second book and are excited to get your copy, the link is at the bottom of this page.

Fun Fact Friday - The Writing Process.

I've been asked the question before the about how my sister and I co-write. How is it really done? Does she take a part and then you take a part? Well to be honest and to put it simply, "yes“. However, there is a lot more that goes into it. In fact, the other day my sis and I were together at a library. We were working on book writing for the third addition into “The Frontier Avenger Trilogy”. I made some type of remark to her about us writing, and how really by the end of the project it's really a mixture of us both writing. How the process mainly goes is that we both have somewhat of a direction and begin with a rough outline of the book. This outline is of what we would like to see happen in the book. We make prayer a part of this process as well! Without the help of God our project wouldn't be much at all. After we have a rough outline then it develops into chapters which we then outline as well. We outline these almost like one would a letter or sermon. We have the “head” of the section, then the “body”, and finally the “conclusion” or a cliffhanger. A cliffhanger may very well be at the end of book 2 (enjoy).

Once the outlines are finished and often times before they are completely finished, we'll begin working on different sections of the chapters. Some chapters Krista may write more of or it will just be written by here. Others I may write a section or so. Then this is sent to my sister, where she's able to make it connect with the actual story better and to flow more smoothly. Our process involves these different "methods" and is filled with text and calls every now and then.

Well, there you all have it. That is basically how we do it. It has been a great time working with my sis on these projects and a good expierence for the both of us. Not only has it been good in the area of writing, but also with working alongside another individual on a project, praying with them, and coming to an agreement on that project! It is not always easy, but it has been good and a definitely a blessing.

Hope you all enjoyed the sneak peak and the fun fact.

Have a great day and may God bless you! Always serve Jesus Christ!
